Hi! :) This is me. My name is Jennifer. I grew up in Choteau, Montana, USA...a small town with potential, south east of Glacier National Park. I am thirty-five years old, have three children, green eyes ...well, that's enough of my vital statistics. :-) I graduated from college with a degree in Cultural Anthropology. I have loved reading about ancient cultures since I was little and discovered a book on the Maya in the local library. I thought, and still do think, I wanted to be an archaeologist, but I wasn't able to go to field school. So, I switched to cultural anthropology. My specific area of interest, thanks to the cultural emphasis in my study, is media and culture. More specifically, how media influences the cultures that anthropologists are currently studying, and how media influences the study of anthropology.

Ultimately, after college, I decided to just do what interests me, which is web design. I've worked for all kinds of different companies and customers, but my real passion is making websites for my favorite TV shows. Not all my favorite shows have "rated" a web site, like my other fav show Buffy....I looked around and just about every Buffy angle had been covered online, so I decided not to make a site. My 'net ventures include running my own webpages and the webpages for the FBI's Most Unwanted, and the Robert Beltran Estrogen Brigade webpages and mailing lists.  I discovered Farscape early in season three, but thanks to my friend Alex, I've caught up on all the eps I missed. I could go on and on and on about Farscape and what I love about it, but I'll just say here....that is my favorite show on TV and let this website speak for itself.

I'm also an amateur writer working on a story. I also like to read books, swim, run, see movies, spend time with my kids, and of course, play on the Internet.  I also make Farscape and Alias music videos.  They are posted all over the web, but you can find the links to each on my web site. I just finished an Alias video about Michael Vaughn and am currently working on two new Farscape vids.

Well, that's about all I can think of...oh, did I mention I love to watch TV and movies. Sometimes I actually border on obsessive! :-)

Alex I'm Alex. I was born and raised in California. I've lived here all my life. I love being a Californian. One of my favorite things to do is to read and learn about all sorts of new and interesting subjects. I have always loved to read so when I went to college I declared my major as......Accounting. Accounting?!? you say. Yep, consider it a momentary lapse of reason. About 3 semesters into my college run, I suddenly woke up and asked myself what the heck I thought I was doing. I hated the business classes. I changed my major to English and got my degree. I loved it.

I then did what most English major do upon graduating; I got a job completely unrelated to my field of study. I worked as a clerical temp for a few years. I then got a job doing customer service for an online broker. I did intranet applications development for them, even went back to school and earned a Web Applications Developer certificate. I quite about 2 years ago because I was miserable. They treated me terribly and middle managers kept trying to take credit for my work. Finally, I realized they were never going to put me in the position they kept promising me. Quitting is the best thing I could have done. That job was killing my enthusiasm, and I didn't want to stay stuck in apathy-ville for any longer. Now I work for local government while I am learning Spanish and working on applying for graduate school -- the Masters of Library & Information Science degree is my goal.

I also love television and film. I started watching Farscape during its first season. I didn't know anyone else who watched it. I was so happy to get my friend Jenn hooked on it. I've watch a number of other tv shows including Buffy, but this Farscape site is my first venture into creating a fan site. I have a personal site, but I have done absolutely nothing to it in over 2 years. Frankly, I'm surprised it's still there. I do have new idea for a personal site, but I need to find more free time. Maybe in a couple of years. In my free time I love to read, read, read, take photographs, work on my scrapbook, and knit.
