J: (Commenting on his surroundings) Abbott and Costello and the House of Horror.
While not an actual Abbott and Costello movie, this is probably a reference to the comedy/horror movies Abbott & Costello made including "Abbot and Costello Meet the Mummy", "Abbot and Costello Meet the Invisible Man", and "Abbott and Costello Meet Frankenstein."

D: This is meant to be a hit-and-run mission so we get the parts that we need.
J: And what if we're dying? What if we've been exposed to some radiation, or some virus that's gonna mutate us into the Night of the Living Dead?
" Night of the Living Dead" is a horror movie about zombies made by George Romero.

J: ( softly ) Holy Mother of God.

J: He controls the whole ship, Chiana. He's got the maintenance bay. He's got the doors. He's got the windows. He's got the smoke on the water!
C: I don't know what you're talkin' about.
Smoke on the water....Fire in the sky

J: What about all this other vermin we're seein'? The hungry-hungry-hippies?
Hungry Hungry Hippos is a game for kids.

J: That sick, Hammer Horror son of a bitch
Hammer Studios made a number of horror films.

J: What do you say we meet for some coffee or somethin'?

J: Hey, kids! It's dinnertime! And it's finger-lickin' good!
I don't know if I'll ever be able to eat Kentucky Fried Chicken again.
