I can only think of one and that is the movie Single White Female starring Bridget Fonda and Jennifer Jason Leigh, but I know the stiletto was not in her wrist

J: Assuming I'm willing to play garden gnome for the next 80 cycles.
A garden gnome is a small statue...of a gnome...that sits in a garden. That being said, almost all garden gnomes look like they are well over 80 cycles old
